  Joanna, Chris and Derek were so sweet and efficient! This was super fast but I will say $110 for an oil change is quite high but I didn’t have to wait or make an appointment and it took less than 20 minutes!

  If you’re looking for an in-and-out oil change, this is the place! These guys are lightning fast and always so friendly. Julian took great care of me and displayed stellar customer service with care and concern. I will definitely be back soon, thank you Valvoline!

  I had a great experience here. They completed my oil change in just 10–15 minutes, which was very convenient. The best part was that they did not pressure me to purchase any additional services. The manager also personally spoke with me and asked if everything was satisfactory, which really showed their professionalism and customer care. This truly makes this place one of the best for service.

  Great service. Not to complain but $60 for a cabin air filter is never gonna happen!! Even with the offered discount it’s a $ grab. Make the cost fair and we will buy it. You will make much more with the volume and have more satisfied clients. You are already doing the work to check them. This should be a no brainer for mgt. Give it a try.

  valvoline @Leesburg by McClasters. Nick, Hai Bui, and curly hair guy with beanie are your go to! Nick is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and a wiz at customer service and car service items. It was my first time, at Valvoline I thought I only needed an oil change so I went in price is 105-110. At Walmart it’s 30-60 depending on type of oil with hours of wait time 2-4 hours even with an appt. While Valoline is a little more, you stay in car and they walk you through everything- I mean every single thing! No matter how small or big, no charge for checking and educating you!! Who does that?! I got oil change. They scanned my vin, and oh boy- red here and there. I found out I have 2 filters in the car that were original manufactured (I thought Walmart had changed on last service- they didnt!) NICK showed me the proof! He also suggested other services and at 4:45pm was honest with me about leaving at 5pm and my tire rotation was needed but he worked with his tech to ensure I could give it some time. HELLO TEAMWORK! HAI- was fast and a genius. I felt like a minutes had passed but he did hours of work! Fluids changed, oil and radiator and engine stuff and on top blades. I felt like a pit crew was IN ONE MAN! Why you would trust anyone else doing services behind closed doors while you wait is now a thing of the PAST. if I pay for work, I need to see the receipts. Why wouldn’t you want to show your customer, Why….not? GOODBYE other places, HELLO VALVOLINE. VERYY HAPPY! Don’t waste your time hours and hours, pay for the quality and fast service that IS AVAILABLE AND DOABLE. VALVOLINE PLEASE come to Northern VA we deserve you!
