  The windshield washer bottle cap broke and fell into the engine area, leaving the bottle open without informing me. The next day, I noticed that the headlight was not working. When I opened the hood, I saw that the bottle was missing its cap. Additionally, they seemed unhappy that I used a coupon and were unwilling to replace filters, coolant, etc.

  I came in for an oil change and was charged $94, but the work does not appear to have been done properly. It looked like only a small amount of oil was added instead of a full oil change. About two hours later, I checked the oil and it was still very dark, showing clear signs of old, burned oil. This strongly suggests the oil was not fully changed
