- DDDOct 9, 20251.0Just had a HORRIBLE experience here, entirely b/c of the EXTREMELY rude service advisor, Lacy. i walk in and he's extremely rude every time I've spoken to him, and he just tells me its $880. I had the audacity to dare ask him how it got to $880. He SCREAMED at me - NOTHINGS CHANGED!!!. When I get home I see the note on the print out (which I wasn't shown or given until after I paid) says to "confirm labor on these hoses...". No one EVER contacted me to confirm anything. So I was pretty surprised it was over $500 of just labor to attach 3 hoses when they were already there replacing a valve. But I also understand things can take time, etc. But no one ever reached out to me, and I get my head bitten off when I come to pick it up. I don't know how long Lacy has been working there, but he always is extremely rude and unprofessional and probably costing the shop alot of future business. Lacy is very unhappy with life in general, and seems to think he can abuse customers.
