- CHC H3 days ago5.0The level 2 charger connected easily to the car and within 55 minutes I was charged. It is hidden behind the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. It would have been nice to have a sign and more chargers around. Great spot to go to when in a bind. Plenty of shopping to do while the car charges if going during business hours.
