As of late, I've been treated quite poorly, disrespected, and everyone seems to be inconvenienced by you entering the store. In addition to this treatment, I've received poor advice by employees on numerous occasions which really pisses me off these days. As someone who's worked on cars for years, I would never do the things they've *advised* me to do since I actually care about my vehicle. So all-in-all save yourself the headache and just go down the street to advanced auto, and if that doesn't work go to the AutoZone in Chantilly. Don't waste your time here

I witnessed a manager speak very rudely to an employee who was simply asking for help, and this was done in front of a line of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch. Please do better. To add to the issue, every time I come in it seems to be the same problem with management. I also remember a few months ago there was a manager named John who was very rude as well. The regular employees, however, are always kind and helpful.
