Illegal and horrible!!! Had the great displeasure of having to park here a few days ago to go to a nearby restaurant for an event. My friend had forgotten an item in his car for his baby so we had to go back to his car to retrieve it. We attempted to go back through the lobby that we entered only to find the door locked. We tried the call button multiple times and the security guard just ignored it. We had to walk down the CAR RAMP with a BABY because it was the only way to get back into the garage. This building had completely locked all the doors to the lobby and elevators and forced people that park here to walk down the CAR RAMP. There is NO protected area for pedestrians or anything, just the ramps for CARS. This should be fined into oblivion and shut down until they offer a safe way to get back to your car.
When we left the building again the security guard had the audacity to say it was perfectly safe to walk down a CAR RAMP with a BABY. He had been there the whole time and just refused to unlock the doors stating that the building closes the lobby on Sundays and you just have to walk down the CAR RAMP. He saw us out there with a stroller ringing the call button and decided to just hide at this desk making us endanger our lives to reenter the garage. This place is despicable
And to top it all off when we finally got to leave this horrible garage the attendant collecting payment had the audacity to try to charge us for 4 hours when we had validation from the eating establishment we were at for 3 hours. We had to argue for 5 minutes to have her charge us for only the 1 hour we owed. Absolutely rotten, horrible place. Will be reporting for the multiple safety violations this garage is currently breaking

I drove my truck in last week for a late dinner with no problem. Upon exiting, my truck hit the ceiling of the garage and ripped a hole in the roof of my car. I passed through the exit after, with no other problems and reported the damage to my insurance company.
My insurance called the owner of the garage and their management knows that their ceilings are not measured properly and are lower than what is advertised as you enter. Despite that, management refused to cover any part of the cost because I did not go to them exactly when it happened and instead I went to my insurance even though it was 9PM. The body shop I took my car to said that this garage has been responsible for similar damages to other people’s cars in the past. I would strongly suggest not even entering the garage. It’s clear ownership is refusing to fix the issues or honestly report the height of their garage.

Misleading Pricing! The sign says $5 evening parking and $10 daily max. I parked at 9:30pm at night and left at 5pm the following day and was charged $20. The guy at the exit refused to even explain it and as I calmly tried to ask him how it made sense, he shut the door and refused to answer.
