  I had a great experience with Mr Tire! The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the work being done on my vehicle. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mr Tire to anyone looking for reliable auto service!

  Great experience; they helped me find a tire that was currently out of stock elsewhere, and to get it installed in the best, most economical way possible. Very pleased with the service which went above and beyond what I would normally expect.

  We had a failed tire valve and sensor. The rep behind the counter was incredibly knowledgable and articulate in explaining the types of valves, how sensors work, why and when you replace one vs all 4 etc. Most importantly, he had the valve and sensor in stock and could take us immediately. The vehicle was ready in 1 hour. it doesn't get better.

  I'd been having trouble with the driver's side rear tire. It seemed to be leaking air unusually fast; between Sunday night and Tuesday morning, I'd refilled it four times. My colleague overheard and mentioned that that wasn't normal. She suggested we go down to the office's garage and check it out. So we did; she brought her cell phone, checked out the tire, and we found a construction type screw in it. I made a call to Mr. Tire on Lee Highway, asked a few questions, and made arrangements to bring the car over after work. I got there about the same time as the worst of the rainstorm, checked in, gave them my information, the car and tire info, etc. One of the guys went out and checked, but had difficulty due to the weather. When they put it up on the lift, not only did they find the screw in the driver's side rear tire, they found a nail in the driver's side front tire. The rear tire could not be patched, but the front one could; or I could get two new tires and an alignment. I opted for the two new tires and alignment. I fully expected to be told to leave the car and pick it up the next day. Instead, the team stayed late, installed the new tires, aligned the car, and pronounced it ready to roll to wherever I had to go. Thanks to Pat, Jordan and the team for an excellent job!
