  I asked if I could get a service for my car — aka be their customer — and the gentleman was very rude. Made it sounded like he hated me when all I wanted to do was pull out my wallet. I went elsewhere

  These dudes help me out a bunch. You're in the city so of course it's going to cost more than you want, but they are very reasonable on hours charged etc. didn't try to oversell me on anything and I actually knew car is very well. Tires replaced in alignment done and they fixed issues that two other shops couldn't. Very thankful

  I had such an incredible experience here and felt like I had to share. I stopped in right before closing before a long drive because my headlight was out and I was honestly stressed about driving through a storm at night safely. The manager went above and beyond; he recommended a nearby auto parts store so I could grab the part quickly, and even though it was the end of the day, he stayed and installed it for me free of charge. That level of kindness and willingness to help someone in a pinch is so rare. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he did and it made a huge difference for me. I was able to get on the road safely and with so much peace of mind. Truly exceptional service and genuinely kind people. I’m so grateful, thank you again!

  Please, please avoid going here at all costs. I brought my car in with a flat tire hoping to get it replaced. The person working at the counter took a look at the car and told me that all my tires needed to be replaced and they were all from 2011. I knew this was a lie as I had gotten the tires changed more recently, but it had been a number of years so I still agreed to replacing all four tires. Less than a week after getting the new tires installed, two other tires came up flat (not the original flat tire). I brought the car in and the man working at the desk was extremely patronizing, resistant to answering my questions, and insisted on calling me "honey" and "dear" even after I asked him to stop. They told me that all four tires had issues with the valves and the sensor (which was never an issue before I brought the car into this shop). They tried to charge me, but I insisted I would not be paying to correct their poor installation. We agreed that they would fix the valves, but they would not fix the sensor without charging me. After they fixed the valves I noticed my car was making an extremely loud humming noise. I decided I was not going to return to this shop, so I brought the car into the dealership where they determined that the two front tires have wheel bearing issues and it is likely due to improper installation. Again, do not go here. Especially if you are a woman, I would 10000% avoid.

  This was a “wow!” I dropped my Toyota at 10 am today as scheduled and they called saying it was done at noon on the same day. This included oil change, balanced tires, fluids, plugs, and battery check with no up charges. Really so impressive! Clean and organized entry room. Manager Mohamed is easy to work with as he is calm and efficient. I highly recommend this business for all your car service needs!
