Rolando was so helpful, professional, honest And Informative. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready, despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend.

Although I have been a loyal customer to this location for years. I experienced something that I never thought would happen. I personally went to the shop to get a quote for a few services that I know my vehicle needs. Back in October, I called inquiring about a quote for a battery and Rolando gave it to me with no issues. However, today, Cortez, the assistant manager, refused to give me a quote and stated they don’t do quotes for anything. Which I found it odd, given that wasn’t the case with Rolando when I needed a car battery (something I explained to Cortez). Also, their competitors have easily provided quotes for other services.
Furthermore, Cortez didn’t offer solutions (inquiries on whether I wanted them to inspect my vehicle, solutions on what they could do). He just looked at me as if there’s nothing else he wanted to do to help me. As a loyal customer, I was taken aback and surprised by this experience, and makes me not wanting to come back to this specific location.
Last July I purchased my own tires and brought them to this branch to be installed and my tires balanced, aligned, all that jazz, and I had no problem getting that work done. Recently, one of those new tires sustained tire wall damage and I again bought a new tire and brought it here to have this branch install it. I explained to the man at the front desk that my current tire had a gash in it and I needed the new one to be installed, and that the new tire that I bought was in my trunk. He mentioned it was a few hours wait, so I handed him my keys and left. It wasn't until 20 minutes later that I got a phone call from him saying that they don't install tires a customer brings in and that I'd have to pick up the car without getting the work done.
When I came back and told him I was confused, his explanation was something that entailed blaming all this on a change in management, but he didn't bring up why he even let me drop off the car in the first place after I had made a point of saying a few times during drop-off that I had my own new tire and that it was in my trunk. Despite the inconvenience he caused me by not listening to me during drop-off, he was the one that became visibly agitated when I asked him a question and didn't even look at me when he finally answered. To his credit, he did share the name of another tire shop that could do the job, so, one star for him there, I guess.
Overall, a complete waste of my time after a supposed change in management and policy where a tire shop won't replace a tire, and an employee who doesn't listen during drop-off still manages to be the one annoyed [insert confused Nick Young meme].

I’m leaving a two-star review only because the system doesn’t allow me to remove it. Otherwise, this would unquestionably be a one-star review.
If you have somewhere to be, do not schedule a 7:30 AM appointment here. The business clearly does not open or operate according to the hours it advertises.
On 3/16/26 at 7:30 AM, several customers, including myself, were standing outside waiting while an employee sat at the computer inside the shop. Despite seeing multiple people at the door, he made no effort to come out, acknowledge anyone, or open the business on time. Basic professionalism and customer service were completely absent.
I ultimately had to call the corporate office, who then contacted the Arlington, VA location on Four Mile Run just to get the employee’s attention. When he finally came to the door, his response was to wave me off and say he was busy.
Once inside, the experience only got worse. The employee never greeted anyone, never apologized for the delay, and didn’t say a single word while taking my vehicle.
As a paying customer, being ignored, dismissed, and treated with that level of indifference is unacceptable. Businesses that schedule appointments should at minimum open on time and acknowledge the customers waiting outside their door.
There are plenty of other places willing to treat customers with basic respect. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
