  By far the most professional car care center I’ve visited in many years. The staff was speedy, professional and knowledgeable. It felt like a well-rehearsed pit crew doing fast quality work.

  I have dealt with a lot of garages to take care of my Kia - always ending with paying 700$ for all the maintenance services and leaving the car from 9 AM to 5 PM but not at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is on top of their game and expertise, they do not “beat around the bush” or try to sell more. They are transparent (in terms of what should be changed like today when they show me the state of the air filters) and efficient. On top of that I saved 500 dollars in comparison with the dealership. Thank you so much Mr William and the rest of the crew.

  I was assisted immediately after driving in. The discussion of why I was there was straightforward. Other services were offered but I felt no pressure to purchase. Prior to arriving I had called about the cost. The representative was very helpful and volunteered how long my service would take if I came in soon. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was pleased with my service and they even washed my windows!

  Occurred April 1st, 2026: I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and shortly after leaving the shop, I experienced a serious and dangerous issue directly related to the service performed. Within approximately 15 minutes of driving, my car began displaying repeated alerts indicating “Engine Oil Pressure Low.” At the same time, the vehicle felt as though it was struggling to move, almost like I was driving with the brakes engaged. This created a very unsafe and alarming situation while I was on the road. I was afraid for my life. I immediately returned to the shop, where I was informed by the mechanic that the oil filter gasket had been pinched during installation. I was also told that the oil filter had come off. By the time I made it back, the engine oil had completely drained out of the vehicle. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a serious mechanical failure that created dangerous driving conditions for myself and can potentially lead to long-term consequences for the health of my engine. While the shop refilled the oil and addressed the immediate issue - I have still not received a full report of the accident as promised by the mechanic that date. I would strongly caution others to stay away from the location or at least ensure that proper installation procedures are followed, as this kind of error can lead to bigger consequences.

  I have been going to Jiffy Lubes mostly in Charles and Calvert County Maryland and those two are always awesome for over 20 years in Charles County and five years in Calvert. But today I was here and had some downtime. They didn't check anything, not the headlights, not the filter. I say this because I had a headlight out. Did they say I will replace it for you? No, they went to check me out as nothing was wrong. The purpose of going to Jiffy Lube is to have things checked. If I as a customer am a bother and you aren't going to check anything then I won't go back to this location. At check out - I said I had a headlight out - his response was he probably didn't even check. Well, what else did he not check?
