  Smooth experience with standout customer service Rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on April 13, 2026. Pickup had a short line, but it moved quickly and didn’t feel disorganized. At the lot, I was asked if the assigned vehicle worked for me. I requested a different model and was immediately offered an alternative at the same price with no friction. That flexibility stood out. The vehicle itself was exactly what you want in a rental: clean, no visible damage, and a full tank of fuel. No issues during use. Customer service was the highlight. The counter representative was efficient and attentive. I mentioned I was having a rough day, and he kept the process quick while still being personable. Small interaction, but it made a difference. Drop-off was just as smooth. I was greeted right away, the process was quick, and there were no surprises. Overall, this was a straightforward, well-run location with strong customer service at multiple touchpoints. I would use this location again without hesitation.

  Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en aeropuerto DCA, variedad de modelos para elegir, rapidez, y lo mejor de todo fue la atención de representante Gustavo M , que fue muy profesional en todo momento, con mucha paciencia y empatía, ya que veníamos de otro enterprise(mount vernon alexandria) que no habia stock de nuestra reserva ademas de mala atencion. GustavoM en cambio nos aconsejo que carro rentar y nos explicó todo el proceso de renta sin dejar ninguna Duda al respecto. Agradezco mucho su atención. Ojala los representantes de Enterprise mount vernon hubiesen sido amables como Gustavo M fue con nosotros. Felicitaciones para Gustavo. Gracias por su atencion , amabilidad y profesionalismo.

  Worst experience with Enterprise ever! On top of waiting over 30 minutes when I was the only person in line to get my car, they forgot to give my keys back when checking out of the garage. Typically they only ask for paperwork and ID to leave the garage but they requested the keys as well and didn’t give them back along with my paperwork and ID. It was 11:30 PM and after a long day of travel, I didn’t realize until I got to my hotel and saw a bunch of missed calls and text messages that they had my rental keys. Of course by then after the car was turned off, I wasn’t able to retrieve them myself so I told them they had to figure out a way to bring them to the hotel where I was staying. Nevertheless, he had someone bring the to the front desk, but it was the worst experience I ever had with a rental. This is something you would expect from a dollar rental place, never Enterprise.

I received clear confirmation emails and text messages right away, which gave me total peace of mind. The directions they provided on how to pick up the car were perfect — step-by-step from the moment I arrived at the location all the way to driving off the lot. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire pickup process quick and seamless. When it was time to return the vehicle, it was just as easy and pleasant. The team was welcoming, the return process was fast, and they were genuinely friendly throughout. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car for anyone needing a reliable rental.
