- AAAngOct 10, 20252.0We used Safelite as it was recommended by GEICO insurance for a rear window replacement and they were supposed to clean up all the glass from the car, but the representative who came told us to go to a gas station do and it ourselves with the big powerful vacuums because the ones the company gave them suck. Well, when my mom and I went to clean the glass ourselves, she cut her finger on one of the glass pieces. There was glass on the back seats, back speakers, floor, in the trunk, on top of the car, etc. We did not pay for Safelite to do incomplete work and for us finish their job. We are deeply dissatisfied with their service. I gave an extra star since he has fixed the glass that was broken. The company needs to give their employees vacuums with strong suction so that they can do their job right.
