There is AWFUL communication between their shops and their corporate call service, partly because the shops will never answer their phones. So I had a question about drop-off, and the central call service person did her best to answer the question because she couldn't reach the shop. She was wrong, and when I showed up with my car, the shop manager yelled at us for bringing it too early. Really poor service.
