Signed up to their rewards club as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to choose my vehicle on arrival. The car was spotless and only had about 150mi on the clock, basically straight out of the factory! Highly recommend National @ DCA

Rude, unhelpful, condescending, wouldn't answer simple questions where my particular car was parked. I think she was having a bad day and and took it out on me with her attitude. Simple professional response is all I was looking for like I usually get from other National employees. Glad I don't experience this much with this rental agency. Event happened 12.12.25 730pm.
