  I have used Mr Tire (formerly Craven Tire at this location) for over 20 years. The management staff at this location has always been patient and detailed in the explanation of the recommended repairs. The mechanics are very good. However, I have noted that they may loose small screw covers on older model cars.

  I got a very quick and smooth service at Langston branch. Peter was great and very helpful. I just got what I expected. Will be back there again.

  I don't know why they don't have trailer tires, or mount them. Trailer tires are the same if not bigger than most car tires. They said they can't do trailer tires

  Late night after hours hit both driver side tires ON curb. Left car Mr. TIRE LOT JUST BLOCKS FROM OUR HOME. IN MORNING THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE for all 4 tires which we had just received a week ago. When they opened we gave our approval to replace all 4ctires per the earlier quote. Car was ready for pickup same day.

  Pros: I greatly appreciate how this location can accommodate walk-ins for many different car services, and obviously anything related to tires. I also appreciate that they do a price match for tire prices you find elsewhere. They are fairly quick and get the job done. Cons: They don’t care about customers and will try to upsell you. If you buy a set of tires there, there is zero incentive to go back for patching or other services. I know some tire chains will give lifetime free patching and other add-ons to keep you returning. Mr. tire does not. In fact, they sneak additional charges onto a tire patch to make it a completely overpriced service ($60). And then they try to upsell new tires, even if your existing tires still have a lot of life left in them and just passed the state inspection. Don’t try to tell me I need to buy new tires when I obviously don’t. And stop adding the TPMS kit as a $20 charge every single time you look at a tire. It is not needed and yet another upsell attempt. Just be good people and fix someone’s tire for free or super cheap if they had just bought it from you a few months prior and ran over a nail or screw. $60 is ridiculous and shows that you don’t care about people who buy tires from you. Next time I need new tire tires, I will likely shop around to see who has better ongoing service for loyal customers.
