I appreciated and accepted the thoughtful recommendations and the fact that nobody made any hard sale pitches. The installations of the four tires was efficient and I have been very pleased with the smooth and quite ride I now experience. I knew in advance that my car had indirect tire pressure monitoring. This means there are no sensors attached to the tire valves. So i was very pleased that nobody tried to sell me expensive parts that had no function on my car; that gained my trust with the staff at this Center.

A second employee later called to say the shop does not perform state inspections—something I never requested. I restated my needs, and the appointment was confirmed again. At drop-off, I explained the service for a third time to the same employee, Cortez. Hours later, Cortez called to say the shop does not offer the requested service. Store associates should probably understand customer requests before confirming appointments, this was a waste of a day. This location clearly requires improvement.
