  I wish I can give them 0 or negative stars. I highly recommend you find street parking or any other parking lots. Walk if you are able. Don’t ever park in these parking lots. We’ve paid our tickets but then the system is off line. Now we’ve been stuck for a while because they have to send someone out for a manual reset. They keep saying the technician is 20 minutes out but it’s been longer than that. There’s no way out of the parking garage.

  I, admittedly, parked incorrectly. However, the man saw me and did not correct me. Instead, he waited for me to go inside and then gave me a parking violation and requested to have my car towed. I was there, for the first time ever, on business and left within 2 hours and, thankfully, my car did not get towed. That they tried to have my car towed when I 1) wasn’t blocking anyone, 2) wasn’t blocking a needed space, and 3) was there for such a short amount of time is absurd to me. Hands down the most ridiculous parking garage I’ve ever been in. I did not want to be blocked in and I wasn’t leaving my key for them to move my car for blocking someone else in. Triple stacked parking should not be a thing in a parking garage.

  If i could give 0 stars I would, my car got stuck in the garage, couldn’t get back in and NO numbers worked/ the man that was there for after hours was completely unprofessional and rude and kept yelling at me. Save yourself the trouble

  Incredibly rude night staff. The garage elevator takes you up to the building lobby where there is a night guard. He very pleasantly asked if he could help us find where we were going- Melting Pot up the street. Great directions. It was myself, my husband and my 11 year old around 7:45pm. Not 2.5 hours later did we return to find an open door and then be told repeatedly (3 times in a matter of 20 seconds) that we were trespassing because we just broke in... in an open front door... that he would "LET US" go down the stairs to where we parked our car. That could have been a very different experience. Granit my husband had his mask down as we were just outside- and the night guard had to ask him to put it back on properly, still not an appropriate reaction to a family coming into a lobby of a building- the 11 year old was holding a birthday balloon.
