Quick and caring. I'm from out of town, they got me in and out despite a pretty big line. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time. Went in for an oil change, but they helped me take care of a couple other things I had but been putting off for a good price.

I have never had issues at this location. I had an oil change and my tires rotated. No big deal, right? I was told one tire might have an issue with its stem. Okay, I'm thinking, I can take it in this weekend because it wasn't losing much air. This morning all tires have minimal tire pressure, one of them being completely empty of air. I will never come back again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had—and the most expensive oil change of my life. I paid $180 for an oil change with no clear explanation of the pricing. I drive a 2011 Chevy Cruze, and the dealership or other shops usually charge around $60. No one explained why the price was so high. They didn’t even top off basic things like windshield washer fluid. There was no transparency or communication at all. This was my first time and will be my last time going here. I will never come back

This location is an absolute joke. Arrived for an oil change and asked to check if my oil leaks, since I've seen a few drips on my driveway in the morning . A few mins after I walked into waiting room they called me and confirmed that oil leaks and offered to chose the oil. I asked to give me a couple of mins to decide if I want to proceed with the oil change altogether or if I need to take it to the mechanic. They said "no problem" and took two customers ahead of me. After that I clearly apologized for inconvenience and said that ill pass on the oil change , cuz since they confirmed the leaks and I dont want to pay twice in case if the mechanic will have to drain freshly changed oil. Representative said "sure", than he vanished and I was approached by "Rayvon Icing"(as he presented himself). He was speaking super quiet I couldn't understand what he is talking to me about. We had to step outside. And only a few minutes later I realized that he is accusing me in refusal to pay. I was mesmerized "pay for what?". They have changed my oil to the most expensive one without my authorization, without me confirming what type of oil I need. When I refused to pay it(now actually refused to pay for the service I did not approve) they called the police on me. I have politely explained two police ladies who arrived at the scene, and they sided with these crooks and pressured me into paying . What a show! But the story doesn't end. Next morning my mechanic friend advised me to put the cardboard under the car and see if the oil dripping still and how badly. And now it was not only dripping it was purely leaking(kudos to the representative who highly recommended me to change the oil anyways, maybe it would solve the problem). I took the car to the mechanic and he said me that 1)"sweet people" from Jiffy Lube didn't secure the filter properly, and 2) didn't change the rubber. I paid extra to clean the car from oil and replace the filter properly this time. So on top of these barbaric practices of self-indulging the oil change without authorization, they couldn't even do the job properly. NB!Oil was apparantly changed BEFORE there was any conflict with them , while we still had friendly communicatio and I asked for a few minutes. I really wish I would read the reviews prior the visit. That postponed AHA moment. I've been going to the Springfield location before and they were nothing but nice. But from now one I guess I'd rather stay away from this business altogether. Better safe than sorry. Ohhh and btw I filled the survey with rating of their job, and they wanted to talk to me about what went wrong over the phone. They set up the time. So far - crickets. Joke company. Funny- you provide a good service and people coming back to you for years, you decide to milk your customer once and you lose them over $100.

Had to return after getting nearly 300 dollars of services done as my tire pressure and winndshield wiper fluid had not been serviced as part of the basic services offered, and that they attested to having completed. When I returned they tried to claim they had done these services despite obvious evidence to the contrary and fought with me about it somehow being a vehicle issue. I had driven two miles before returning. Now I am debating going to my dealer to find oit if Jiffy Lube even changed my oil, air filters, etc or just straight up ripped me off.
