I requested a simple oil change, but the salesperson immediately tried to upsell me on unnecessary services and new air filters, which I declined. The oil change was finished within minutes. When I got home just a few miles away I noticed my glove box was broken and the cap to my windshield wiper fluid was missing. When I called to report it, they claimed the cap “was never there,” which was untrue. I returned to the shop and spoke with the same employee, who admitted it was the second broken glove box that day. The manager confirmed the damage, said he’d order a replacement part, and conveniently “found” my missing cap. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location again.
