- BWBernita WDec 31, 20252.0Mr. Walter (store manager) and Marcellius (Customer Rep) were very kind and helpful but each time they weren't around, Theres a tall, slim tech with glasses who was also very honest and helpful but the only reason i gave 2 stars and will file a corporate complaint is because I was met with rudeness by a tech Byron who couldn't be bothered by my questions regarding getting my car back with dash lights on and the very disrespectful assistant manager Ramen noodle who walked away from me while I was speaking due to my being told the incorrect price for my battery. I asked for the Manager several times and Ramen noodle lied and said I had to deal with him before walking off. He told me the customer rep wasn't anybody and that I had to deal with him. Mr. Walter, demote Ramen before he pushes the locations customer satisfaction rating down. Marcellius deserves that position. He handled things professionally. I would have gotten the service had someone made things make sense to me. Unfortunately, I'm not comfortable with coming back to that location with Ramen coming to my car to intimidate me and continue to be rude, I truly hope something is done about him and how he provides service to customers, no matter what his title is.

Their team did an excellent job on my vehicle and had me on my way in under 45m despite the heavier than normal volume of customers. A++
