After 10 minutes in, the service manager said they don’t have filter for my car and I was given the choice to go to another location or come another day. I came back few days later, I shared with them my previous experience, they checked for filter availability and got the job done. Most importantly, the manager (Walter) called in and waived my service fee (on the house). There is still hope of great customer service in this world. Well done Walter and thank you.

- BABracken AllenJan 27, 20262.0I tried to get an oil change at this Jiffy Lube but was unable to because of some damage to my undercarriage shield. Once we realized they couldn’t complete the service, they brought me my car to take home. When I started driving, I noticed a bit of a chemical smell. I figured it was just leftover from being in the shop a bit and didn’t think much of it. I drove a few minutes, and ran into a store. When I came back, I was surprised the smell was still there! I got out to check under the hood. And before I even open it… I see my engine’s oil cap sitting in my windshield wiper well. Sure enough, when I open the hood, the cap is open and oil had splashed around the hood and on the engine! Luckily I didn’t see any other damage, but I certainly will not be returning to this location once I get my undercarriage shield repaired! Giving two stars instead of one because everyone I interacted with was perfectly lovely, even if their work is a bit sloppy.
