  I left my prescription glasses in the rental car. I left the state before I realized that I left my glasses. When I called the next day I was told I had to wait for the manager to call me back. I waited all day and called again the answer was the same “ manager is busy, he will call you back later”. He never did. I called again and eventually was told by the assistant manager that they can’t ship my glasses back. I offered to sen them a prepaid UPS label to ship my glasses back and the answer still was NO. Bottom line I will have to travel back from NY to VA to get my prescription glasses back. I never got to speak to the manager name Alex. I have been using enterprise for over a decade. This is the first time I experienced such a lack of care and poor customer service.

  I rented a Nissan versa from this location today. During my trip I ran into an issue with the transmission while at an intersection. The car's RPMs were going up but the car was not accelerating as expected. I pulled over for several minutes and restarted the vehicle which managed to resolve the issue. The car definitely has transmission issues and needs to be fixed. I messaged the team however never received a response. Due to the safety issue I had to return the vehicle and end my trip early. I'm disappointed in the maintenance of the vehicle and the lack of care or response from the team.

  Amir S was the most professional and easiest to work with and should get a promotion if this is his work ethic daily. I came in needing a car asap since mine broke down and needed to travel for work. He not only is to the point, respectful, professional, answers all questions but also goes out of his way to do what he can to give you the best deal and service. He made the process so easy and quickly that I don’t care to ever go to another location after my experience with Samir. Great, sincere human being. I will be back.
