We rented a car with Alamo and used the Skip the Counter option (which is great, by the way!). We couldn’t find an Alamo rep when we arrived, so we went to Enterprise instead. James was incredibly kind and helpful, he walked us to our car, explained everything clearly, and did it all with enthusiasm, even early in the morning. It was the type of interaction and service that AI could never replace.

Back in September, I had rented a vehicle from this location as this was a special trip as I was my mothers plus one for her 50th year high school reunion and I wanted her to feel very special and ride in style to this special event. I had initially reserved a luxury vehicle but I ran into Tyrell Thomas at this location and he knew about the reason for this trip and how I wanted to make my mother feel extra special. He told offered me an amazing Range Rover Sport and that made my mother feel like a queen. I want to thank the entire National/Enterprise at Reagan Airport location for the great service and especially to Tyrell who has really put in that extra effort to make this experience an exceptional one. I will be back soon!

I rent from this particular location quite often. I like that they're 24/7 and always has a car option of my choice. They normally move pretty quickly in getting you processed and into your car. The vehicles are always clean and I always feel like im getting an upgrade when they choose a car for me. I'm not saying they're upgrading me, just that the vehicles seem to always be more than I'm expecting. The attendants are really cool at this location also. My only issue with this location is that it's not easy having someone drop you off to pick up or pick you up from dropping off your rental, therefore I typically have my ride follow me into the garage, which you are not supposed to do. My most recent rental, I was 1.5hrs late returning the car, but I called ahead of time to let them know and asked for a grace period of an hour or two. They allowed me an hour and said to play the rest by ear. The manager was very understanding and credited me the whole time. So yeah, this will remain my favorite go to for rentals.

I have never had an issue with Enterprise in the numerous times I've rented from them. By and large, this time was no different. Good car, spacious, and ran well. However, Rental Car fees are getting out of hand, and in fact, they're hidden, and give the renter no time to review contracts. Case-in-point, we arrived at DCA late one evening, got our rental, and the "paperwork" (which is where the contract is "signed") is at the checkout gate. All electronic. No paper. Asked if we wanted to include an additional driver, we agreed. However, not once did the agent indicate that the cost of the additional driver (my brother-in-law) was $15/day plus taxes. First of all, why are we being charged for the additional driver, when we're accepting the insurance liability? And what's the difference in putting on my brother-in-law or my wife (who would not be charged, as I later found out when I actually had time to review the contract)? I will be contacting Enterprise about a refund of those extraneous and hidden fees.
As a follow-up...I contacted Enterprise's Customer Service and they immediately credited me for the Additional Driver fee. Kudos to Donna, the CSR at Enterprise for her quick response.

My recent Enterprise rental experience in DC went well - but unusual on the day of return to Reagan airport. The car was a mid size SUV spacious and comfortable. Nice car! The service picking up for the car was courteous, quick, and pretty routine with Enterprise. On the day of return, the car experienced a flat tire - the car had no spare. I contacted Enterprise roadside assistance and was able to provide all necessary info to arrange an unattended pick-up and still get to the airport on time. However, I continued to get progress calls from the contractor to pick up the car even into the next day at home! There apparently was more than one tow service driver assigned to pick up the car as the last call I got I talked to the tow driver who was at the site where the car was left but the car was gone! My assumption was one of the drivers had picked it up already and completed the service. A little concerning... but eventually received a complete receipt with no surprise charges from Enterprise to close the rental service. So everything worked out but a little odd to have to manage the pick up from home... I still will rent from Enterprise and recommend their service. Thank you.
