Reserved a Premium Size SUV for 7 days. Location was unable to fulfill that request when I arrived for pickup. The Branch Manager was able compensate for not being able to fulfill the reservation I made. Understanding I was not pleased with the situation I remained optimistic, the Manager was able to find a Full Size vehicle I could use for the period of my reservation. Upon return of the vehicle the team further compensated me for the trouble.
Overall: Would consider using this location again.

We had an excellent overall experience with Enterprise. The vehicle was great — a GMC — very smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. We would definitely rate the service a 10.
However, there were a couple of things we were not fully satisfied with. The car was not very well cleaned when we received it, and when we returned the vehicle there was no one at the office to receive the keys. We wanted to pay with our business card, but the person in charge asked us to leave the keys outside the office, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
Other than those details, everything else was excellent, and we truly appreciated the quality of the vehicle and the service.

Rental vehicle’s check engine light turned on during day 2 of a 9-day rental. Enterpise’s road side customer service sent us to 5 different Enterprise locations for a replacement - none of them had a replacement and one of the locations required a 1-hour drive (one way). We were stuck with the vehicle in this status for the entire rental period - it was stressful to constantly worry about the rental breaking down on us. Moreover - we returned the vehicle early and were still charged for the full amount.

Outdated payment system and very frustrating experience.
For a company as large as Enterprise, it’s disappointing that they still require a physical credit card to be inserted and do not accept Apple Pay or any contactless payment options.
This caused unnecessary delays and stress at an airport location, especially for travelers who rely on modern digital wallets. The policy feels inflexible and completely out of touch with how people travel today.
A poor customer experience that could easily be avoided with updated technology.

We had a great rental experience with a crossover SUV. When we went to drop off the car this afternoon, we forgot that there was a hidden compartment in the trunk packed with gifts our family had just received from the Christmas vacation. We panicked when it was realized several hours after the drop off. We drove right to the drop off spot close to 10 pm and Essa saved the day. He quickly verified the vehicle was still there and hustled out to find it. He had a positive attitude and urgency that matched ours. He got all the gifts and contents of the hidden trunk space back to us! Tonight Essa is our hero and we will always come back to Enterprise. Thank you Essa and Enterprise!
