    When I arrived in DCA I was hoping to do an Uber - only to find out that an Uber cost more than a rental ‼️ 🤯🙄 So I rented a car, a economy car Nissan Versa which drive roughly and felt like I was in a skateboard. When I returned my rental I mentioned this to the man that helped check me in, he apologized for my experience with the car and waived my fee for gas as a courtesy. I was so shocked and happy all at once. What a way to turn a negative into a positive. It was not a huge refund just $18 dollars but the fact that he cared enough to do something was amazing customer service. Take a bow Enterorise. I will be back 10/10

    Legitimately saved me. Amayah was very sweet and complimentary of my credit card decal which I appreciated. Super friendly and efficient service. Incredibly grateful because I was about to completely screwed over after Avis refused to give me my rental which I already paid for. I had gone with Avis because enterprise was slightly more expensive. I spent 3 hours at Avis and got nowhere. Don’t deal with them; there’s a reason they have 2 stars and Enterprise has 4.5.

From the moment I arrived, Massa was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. He listened carefully to my situation and made sure I was matched with the right vehicle for my needs. There was no pressure, no confusion — just clear communication and efficient service. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. In a stressful travel situation, that level of service makes a real difference. If you’re renting from this location, ask for Massa. He represents the standard that customer service should aim for.     I reserved an SUV in a specific class months in advance. While I understand you may not receive the exact vehicle you reserve, Enterprise did not have any vehicle available in the class I reserved. I was offered a sedan, which did not meet my travel needs. After being mocked by customer service representatives, I was told I could rent an SUV two classes higher, but only if I paid more. Because Enterprise had already wasted significant time during pickup and I needed the vehicle for a time-sensitive travel commitment, I reluctantly paid the higher rate out of necessity because it was either do that or have no car. This was a failure of Enterprise’s reservation system, not mine. If a company cannot honor reservations, it should provide the next available upgrade at no additional cost. Instead, I paid a premium price for non-premium service. After the trip, I contacted customer service escalation and received no response at all. Enterprise does not stand behind its reservations or its customers. I would strongly discourage others from renting from Enterprise in general but especially this location. Every other rental car vendor is available at this airport, so I recommend checking out Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc.

    Extremely unprofessional experience at the Enterprise location at Reagan National Airport. I went in to swap my rental because the vehicle’s tags were expired and I could get a ticket. The employee I dealt with (Mr. J — a tall old white male who usually sits in the glass booth) would not even stand up to speak with me. I had to walk up to the booth while he stayed seated and dismissed me. He refused to help and told me to go to another branch, even after I explained this was the only location open after my work hours. The next night, another employee was about to help me with an SUV, but Mr. J stopped him and said “no SUVs, sedans only,” without giving any real or professional explanation. Right after denying me, he stepped out and warmly greeted other customers. The difference in how I was treated was obvious and unacceptable. I have already asked Enterprise corporate to contact me and have heard nothing back. This location needs serious management attention. I will not be renting from this branch again with him being part of enterprise.
