  The Arlington (Shirlington) location was so disorganized and unprofessional: o. had to wait an hour for the vehicle when i was told it would arrive in 10 mins. o while waiting, i watch the manager introduced himself by name and title to everyone who came after me. i didn't get that kind of welcome. o when the vehicle did arrive i was told it was empty of gas and that i would have to stop and get some o before i drove off i told the assistant manager, who was outside at the next care, about the no gas and how i was told to stop and get some gas, offered no assistance nor feedback. o when i returned the vehicle 2 days later, he still had nothing to say. btw, the interior windows were filthy and i had to stop for windex to clean them. The windows looked as if they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Of course, i'm done with Enterprise for awhile, especially with the Arlington location.

  I was sent to this location for a rental while my car was in the shop (Caliber Collision). The one positive part of the experience was that they did have a vehicle available and I was able to get into it quickly. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. The car was filthy on the outside. I understand there had been a snow and ice storm two weeks prior, but this was far beyond what would be considered acceptable. It was the only vehicle available and I needed transportation, so I had no choice but to take it. They also failed to properly complete my information at pickup and asked me to come back the next day to resolve their reporting issue. I explained that I do not live in the area, but they offered no alternative solution and said their computers were not working adequately enough to fix the issue over the phone. I should have known then this was going to be an awful experience. I returned the next day as instructed and had to wait again while they corrected something that should have been handled properly the first time. The most frustrating part of this experience happened after I returned the vehicle. I accidentally left my garage remote in the car and called within an hour of dropping it off. I was told the vehicle had already been rented to someone else. They claimed the car had been cleaned and nothing was found, which raises serious concerns — either the vehicle was not properly cleaned, or no real effort was made to locate my property. Since then, no one has taken meaningful steps to help locate my remote or keep me informed. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. Overall, this location appears focused on getting cars out quickly, but customer service and basic care fall far short. I would not recommend renting from this location. I suggest going to an airport location or another branch where customer service standards are higher.

  Gave us a dirty car that had an unpleasant smell obviously masked by some cheap air freshener. The fuel tank was close to empty. Weather prevented them from cleaning the exterior of the car but that isn’t a valid excuse for the filthy interior. Yuck!

  Manuel A. Masias Alfaro was very kind and knowledgeable and provided fantastic customer service! We are long-term renters as our car is getting a recall repair. Mr. Alfaro made sure we were satisfied with the car he provided - and all this was in the middle of a snowstorm! I appreciate his help and will return to this Enterprise because of the great service I have received.
