  Rented a car here in October 2025. They charged us for 5 days instead of 1 day. I have called every week and nothing is done to fix the issue! Terrible!

  Juwan and Akilah made my Enterprise rental experience super smooth. There was an issue with the pricing and the vehicle I originally booked, but Juwan was fantastic, he fully accommodated me and quickly fixed everything so I could get on the road without stress. The car itself was a great ride, clean and comfortable. When it was time to return it, Akilah was just as helpful. She assisted me with changing the drop off location and confirmed everything was good to go, which made the return process easy and worry free. Overall, great customer service and a solid rental experience.

  I had a very positive experience with Akilah Tucker at Enterprise. She was professional, courteous, and efficient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her clear communication and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated, and she ensured everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Overall, the service was excellent and everyone at the office left a very good impression.

  I would NEVER use Enterprise ever again specifically due to this location. I just returned my mom’s dark gray/black Kia today and had the WORST experience ever. The young man (Hispanic/indian) working the front desk assisted me and everything was fine at first. He went to check that everything was okay with the rental upon return and when he came back inside, he mentioned the cigarette smell. My mom and little brother picked up the car so I wasn’t there when they initially received it. I noticed the smell when I drove it for the first time a couple days earlier. He asks if I smoke and I told him no and neither does my mother because she has CANCER. He proceeds to ask me “why does it smell like cigarettes” over and over again HARASSING me as if to catch me in a lie. I told him every single time that we don’t smoke. I don’t even smell like smoke at all myself so for him to keep asking was asinine. He says he’ll have to charge me even though he “doesn’t want to” because the car will have to be sent off to be detailed. Which is crazy because my mom said he’s the one that gave her the car a couple weeks earlier. He also says “well you guys never thought about getting another car since your mom has health issues”. I told him my mom has only had to be in it one time. I have never felt as disrespected as I did in that moment. I told him he could try charging us if he wants but we’re not just going to sit by and not do something about it cause NONE of us smoke cigarettes EVER. He ends up saying he’s “well i don’t know if you’re telling the truth” but “I’m not going to charge you”. I just saw another review here where someone said the same thing about a car smelling so bad of cigarette smoke. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the airport 10 min away. *EDIT* I am editing this because the name I included helped my mom over the phone but was not the same person that helped us in person. I have removed the name I originally included.

  had one of the worst rental experiences with Enterprise. I booked my reservation in advance, yet I did not receive the vehicle I selected. I was told it was the only car available, even though I had my entire trip planned around the reservation. The car they gave me was damaged and had an extremely strong cigarette odor from the moment I opened the door. The smell was so overwhelming that it soaked into my clothing, jackets, and even the pillows I had with me. I now have to pay for dry cleaning and I had to throw away two pillows because they were completely ruined. What made the situation even worse is that my son was in the car and felt sick multiple times because of the intense smell. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. I did not pay to receive a smoked-in, damaged vehicle, nor to deal with additional expenses, stress, and inconvenience during my trip. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I truly hope the company takes responsibility and improves its standards.
