  I had to rent a car this past Sunday because of an unexpected issue with my own car which was super stressful. Eden helped me out, and she honestly made the whole situation so easy and SO much less stressful. She was super friendly, kind, and her happy energy was contagious! She also had me in and out with a rental really quickly. I highly recommend this location especially because of Eden!!! Thank you all so much. I’ll definitely come back in the future if I ever need a rental again. I’d recommend them to anyone. :)

  Good renting but when dropping off the keys, I looked everywhere but couldn't find the drop off box of this location. Would be great to at least have a picture of it to know where to find it next time ! I have to pay $50 to return the car in an open location :(

  I didn't get the intermediate car that I requested while my car was in the shop, but what I was given was clean and nice. I repeatedly called to ask if i needed to swap it for a different one because i didn't want my insurance rental allowance to run out during the repair process (as they were charging me the luxury vehicle rental daily). Was told multiple times not to worry and that switching vehicles wouldn't be necessary - they said they'd adjust the rate for me to get me through until my car was ready, but I spoke to a different person each time I called and these folks weren't on the same page. I was forced into a position to be without a car until mine was ready due to the elevated rental rate they were charging for a car that I didn't ask for. Just a scam unfortunately :(. Making $ from the insurance companies isn't enough, they want you to pay out of pocket too.

  I love working with this location. We rent from them on a weekly basis as a corporate account. They work hard to make sure our needs are taken care of and offer great service getting us in and out quickly.

  The service I received was extremely disappointing. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop and was assisted by Eden. I had reserved and paid for a premium SUV, but was instead given a crossover due to “availability.” I accepted, but the vehicle provided had a faulty seatbelt alert system. I called immediately before leaving the lot, but instead of resolving the issue, I was given unhelpful troubleshooting advice. Over the next couple of days, I tried to reach the location for support, but no one answered the phone. Ultimately, I had to go in person to address the situation. The only saving grace was the two other employees who were stand offish but at least got me taken care of. This entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would strongly caution others to avoid this location due to the poor customer service and lack of accountability.
