    The entire experience was excellent. From the cleanliness of the car (including a clean windshield!) to the check out/in process I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous and professional. This is the way a car rental should happen.

    The service desk was wonderful. The vehicle was very unsatisfactory. My gas gauge was only 3/4 full. 30 minutes into my trip and all warning lights were on telling me of numerous malfunctions. I consulted the manual as instructed and was able to turn them off only to have it happen again each time I drove over 5 miles. I actually parked the car and walked once I reached my destination because I didn’t trust the safety of the vehicle. Very disappointing and disruptive.
