When I called to confirm if they had my battery in stock, Cesar was extremely impatient and rude. The first thing I told him was that I had a warranty (already confirmed with the store I purchased the battery from) and he still proceeded to waste time asking info about my account, not just info to verify or lookup my account (which is justified) but specific questions about the purchase, only to end up telling me what I already knew - THAT I HAD A WARRANTY. He mentioned my battery wasnt purchased at their store as if it was an issue - and he already knew this from when he wasted my time "verifying" the warranty. He didnt even bother to address my reason for calling. So after having to repeat my one and only question several times, he finally asked for a battery number and was extremely condescending about helping me find it. Cesar then hung up on me when I started to tell him he was going to be the reason I don't ever shop at this location. -0 stars if I could simply because of the interaction with Cesar.
