The employee at the front desk walked all the way to the back, watching me at the front door and proceeded to not even acknowledge me. Maybe you should change your hours to "we close at 8:45" if the employees are not willing to serve customers prior to 9:00 p.m! I'll find another Auto Parts shop with customer service. Usually if I need something, I'd come in during the daytime, especially if I'm working close by but this just happened to be an emergency and I have a long drive ahead of me tomorrow. I can't say that the employees have been particularly friendly my last couple trips that I've actually made it inside the store anyway, but it's not a restaurant, so I deal with it, get in and get out. Locking your door more than 5 minutes before closing? Whatever. Even in these times everyone does not want business
