When I tried to address the issue, the staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in taking responsibility for their actions. Companies like this rely on intimidation and people simply paying the fees and moving on. Unfortunately for them, that will not be the case here. The money they collected from this tow will end up being a drop in the bucket compared to what they will owe once this is properly addressed. If you value your vehicle, your time, or basic professionalism, avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of towing companies that operate ethically this is not one of them.
