- NNNam NOct 20, 20251.0I’ve gone to this location a few time but the most recent time is probably my last. Went in and was quoted for an oil change for $54.99. Cool. They pulled my car in the bay. One of the technicians approached me with the cabin and engine filters and show me how dirty it was. Told me it would cost $60 for one and $29.99 for the other. I declined. He agreed to take $20 off for the $60 filter so that it’d be $40 instead. I said okay fine. After they finished I went to pay , and the guy who sold me the filters had the payment screen with just the total amount of $143. He didn’t show me the prices for each service line item. I wondered why The math didn’t add up. I asked him to show me the invoice so I could see the prices and he did. Upon review One filter was $37.99 ( not $29.99). He took off the $20 as promised. It’s a difference of $8. No big deal. But it felt as if he knew what he was doing and tried to hide the fact from me. I asked him to call the manager and the manager couldn’t really do much but take 15% off the total.he said he couldn’t do anything else to honor the price quoted besides remove the filter. You gotta honor the prices you say. And you can’t treat your customers as if they’re dont know how to add and subtract when the math ain’t mathin. It comes across as dishonest. If it was a simple mistake you should have brought it up before I said anything instead of hiding the fact and waiting for me to swipe my card .

And Antonio Maurice two awesome staff. I went in for an oil change and topping off my cars fluids I sat in there for 15 min max and I was gone. Thanks for your awesome service, you’ve gained another life long customer. I’ve also watched the staff interactions with other staff members as well as other customers everything was extremely professional. Thanks.
