- SISuman IslamFeb 8, 20264.0I typically go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. On my most recent visit, I was greeted by Ms. Jaidah (pardon me if I misspelled her name). I requested an oil change and tire rotation, which she noted down. I also specifically asked for the tires to be rotated in a crisscross pattern and not any other way. While the oil change and tire rotation were being performed, I noticed that the mechanic (a gentleman with long hair tied back — I don’t know his name) started rotating the tires not in the way I requested. I stepped out of the waiting area and informed him that I had asked Ms. Jaidah for a crisscross rotation. His response was, “I’ve already put the tires on,” which was disappointing to hear.🤦🏽♂️ I then spoke with Ms. Jaidah about the issue. To her credit, she immediately took it seriously and had the mechanic redo the tire rotation correctly, as requested. Big thanks to Ms. Jaidah for her excellent customer service and professionalism. ⭐ However, I was very disappointed with the mechanic’s initial response and lack of attention to customer instructions. I would advise anyone visiting these shops to stay alert, ask questions, and not blindly trust that instructions are being followed. 🔧
