I’m literally in the middle of trying to secure a rental, on my own dime, and this is the moment you choose to drop a story about stolen vehicles? It was the least comforting reassurance I’ve ever received. Definitely not something I expected or needed to hear while trying to navigate car rental logistics. 10/10 for plot twist. 0/10 for timing.
