  I’d like to shout out and leave a good review for Jonathan, He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help Me out with checking if my battery was the issue, and went above and beyond. Super friendly, highly recommended you ask for his assistance.

  After waiting an hour or so, the store manager seemed to not know what tools he needed to install my battery. Once I figured it out for him, he told me he no longer had time to install a new battery I had wanted to purchase and he seemed overwhelmed by other customers being in line waiting in the store. He was prioritizing them over me. There was also 3-4 other employees there not doing anything. I went to Tires Plus and they took care of me immediately and without hassle. This store manager is not capable of managing his staff nor handling the workflow of the store.

  I went to Autozone and Johnathan helped me change my windshield wipers that had gotten ruined with the snow and ice! he was so helpful and kind and funny! we talked about our kids driving better cars than us! the next day it snowed again! thank god for johnathan being there to help me that day! will def look for him next time I go in!

  Justin at AutoZone provided excellent customer service. He was very kind, professional, and went out of his way to help me change the light bulb in my car. He made the whole process quick and easy, and I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Employees like Justin make a big difference. Thank you for the great service!
