I noticed that his tone and attitude were quite different when dealing with the male customer before my sister and I. We only needed wheel nuts, which were located in section 3. He could have simply directed us there instead of giving us a hard time. Once we found what we needed, we told him we were ready to check out since his register was open, but he completely ignored us. While I appreciate that this store is conveniently located just 5 minutes from my house, this experience has made me consider going elsewhere in the future. I hope staff training can be improved to enhance customer service.

Update, their automated AI responder wrote back and gave me a generic no personable reply. I went to the advance auto parts in Fairfax blvd where I got the car serviced near. They accepted the return after I explained to them the situation. Advance in Annandale - if I was missing just the brackets but the actual pads were in the box and sealed , you shouldn’t dismiss me as a customer for 2-4$ brackets. You should be more reasonable with your customers. Not coming here again.
