  Friendly manager and very easy to get the car exchanged. No hassle and clear explanations about the process. The Manager was helpful and informative , professional and easy to talk with. We felt like we got a reasonable deal on our car. Nice doing business with today!

  Very professional. They called ahead of time and gave great instructions of what to bring and how it would go. Then the appointment itself only took about an hour and I think they were fair and courteous.

  I was trying to find a quick & easy way to sell my mother's car without the hassle of dealing with people coming to test drive, etc.. Granted, selling a vehicle yourself often maximizes profit but we were in a huge crunch for time. And after researching & comparing reviews of other local companies that purchase used vehicles from private owners, I suddenly recalled the commercial jingle: "We buy any car/We buy any car/We buy any car/Any, any, any...." So I decided to check the company out & well, it checked out pretty well! I made an appointment to take my mother to the Alexandria, Virginia office where Ms. Sherri assisted us with patience & care. Although there was a lot of paperwork to sign off on, she explained everything thoroughly, was upfront & did her best to give my mother the best offer possible. Within minutes, she cut her a check & that was that! Easy peasy....
