  Had a great experience at NTB. I needed a tire repair, and they were able to patch my tire quickly and efficiently. The staff was professional, helpful, and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Really appreciate the fast service—would definitely come back again.

  I had an appointment at NTB to get an oil change. Brandon let me know that it would be a bit of a wait. I was okay with that since I needed to do some errands in the area. The wait was long, but the manager Antonio made it right. I will be back just because of how professional and honest they were about everything.

  Had a great experience at NTB! Brandon and Antonio were very helpful. They installed a full set of new Goodyear tires on my vehicle and rear brake pads. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was done quickly, and the ride feels noticeably better.   I am writing to complain about my recent experience at NTB Tire & Service Centers. I had a confirmed appointment and arrived 30 minutes early, but Brandon told me you could not assist me due to a long wait, which was very frustrating. Also, one of the tires I purchased about two weeks ago now has a metal object in it, which is a serious safety concern. I request that you honor my appointment as soon as possible or provide immediate assistance to fix or replace the damaged tire. Finally, I was only helped after Brandon realized I had contacted customer service, which is not acceptable. He said he was the manager and gave me his name, but I’m not confident it was accurate.

  This place is truly one of the best in the area! Extremely convenient and the people working are always very nice and helpful. I’ve had 2 oil changes and got some new tires here so I’ve been 3 times and every time everyone has been extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. I never feel pressured to buy anything and they always take the time to answer any questions I have or explain anything I need. I always book an appointment and it has never taken longer than they say it will. Even when they warn me that it’s busy it usually takes less time than they say they’ll need. Very grateful to have such a great place in this area and I highly recommend them to anyone!
