  I really appreciated the customer service and that they let me drop off my tire and come back when they were ready to actually put it on my car.

  I had a minor task to complete, so I stopped by this place. Without an appointment, they had me in and out of here in less than an hour! Jose was nice enough to share things I'd want to track, like the state of my brakes and pads. Got my tire repaired and out the door for a great price, so I'll definitely keep this place on my list for car care!

  Val and his team at NTB provided A+ custome service. From my initial call inquiring about services and pricing, Val was very patient and helpful with getting to a cost effective solution.I’ll definitely return for future services

  Went there early morning around 930ish new tires , oil change and inspection, wheel alignment , was done by 1240. Val was straight forward in helping and assisting. Was reasonably priced with discounts he help me find online

  We stopped because my tire light was on on our drive home. We stopped at NTB - where we go for tire and other auto problems - and the gentleman was wonderful. He put air in the one that needed air and then checked the other three. ALL of the other tires needed air also!! He checked and filled the tires. I can not thank him enough and just wanted to tell you what a phenomenal employee you have! We are customers for life and will tell our friends and neighbors. It is the NTB on Southgate in Alexandria Va Meg McHenry.
