  I had a great experience at just tires on Richmond Highway. I was able to go shopping come back in my car was ready. The staff was professional and treated me with great customer service. I’ll be back.

  Needed new tires.. We shopped around and a friend recommended, “Just Tires” on Richmond Hwy in Alexandria.We were seen promptly. The staff was friendly and professional and got the job done. We also got an oil change while we were there. Sean was helpful and cheerful and we left feeling good that we had found this business. We will consider it our go-to place for our car needs in the future.

  I had a tire loosing air on my way home from work. I pulled into Just Tires since I had just passed their location. They helped me right away and an hour later I was driving home safely with a new tire which was reasonably priced! I would recommend them. Ron was professional and efficient as well as all the staff! I am definitely returning for other car services! It was refreshing to work with someone who did not take advantage of the situation of me needing a tire right away! A severe storm was approaching as well so I am truly grateful I was not stuck on the side of the road! Thank you Just Tires!

  Came in looking to replace 4 tires on a Monday - DC discussed with me Products. I told DC wanted Goodyear. Told him I had done some research online we then discussed differences. Then he told me he had the tires in stock. Then we discussed price- included tires, alignment and hazard/ puncture add on. He gave me their best price. The next day made some calls to several tires places and the price DC quoted was the best. On Wednesday I returned to schedule an appointment- DC was not in so Sean helped me. Sean discussed the tire and he said their Master Tech - Edwin could install them immediately. Sean then Quoted me the price, slightly different from the original price but he said they would honor the price DC quoted. Tech took the car and tires were installed and aligned. The team was very professional and friendly . Would highly recommend them.
