  I was given a smaller suv then my reservation. They were supposed to switch me out before closing. They couldn't give me the courtesy of even calling to let me know no trucks were available. They literally left me in five kids stranded in a small passenger SUV, I went and rush to get off of work early once I got there the Spanish lady told me they were about to close so what did I want me her to do? I've been driving around all evening, trying to resolve a mess up that enterprise did. It's like they treat their insurance claim customers less than

  Been waiting and trying to call for 120+ min for an existing reservation (rental Pickup) but have been placed on hold/ no answer/ available agent…. Is this place even real?!?

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, even though the representative was assisting multiple customers at once. They handled everything smoothly and professionally without making anyone feel rushed. They took the time to clearly explain important details about the car, including lights, turn signals, and other features, which I really appreciated. It made me feel confident and comfortable before driving off. The return process was just as outstanding. Everything was quick and efficient, and the shuttle ride home was a great added convenience. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

  Will not be renting from this Enterprise again. I rented a car for three days and drove about 60 miles total, all within Virginia. More than a week later, I was charged nearly $50 for tolls across New Jersey, Maryland, DC, and Virginia — over 200 miles of toll roads I never used. When I returned to this location to resolve it, I was told there was nothing they could do. The charge also appeared on a Saturday, and the TollPass “customer service” number they gave me is closed on weekends, making it impossible to dispute right away. As a long-time E ZPass customer, I know toll posting dates don’t always match the date they were incurred. These tolls clearly belong to the renter before me. Enterprise needs a better system to match tolls to the correct customer instead of passing incorrect charges onto the next renter.
