  Great experience and Ms. Seani McDonald was Superb! Very processional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely come back to this exact location for a rental.

  Prompt, efficient, courteous, awesome team and wonderful service and location, i will come again, God willing. I also wanted to say , I forgot the names of most but, Jalen was sooo compassionate after I told her about my brother who has cancer, but let the rest of the team know, they too are wonderful, Thank you, D.   Helpful and friendly staff at this location. Rating one star until they join the 21st century and accept virtual payment cards (Apple and Google pay). Many car rental locations now accept those instead of physical cards yet they don't here. Lost business but that's their problem I guess.

  Pick-up went well excluding the car being dirty, which is interesting because I think it had 1000 miles on it, but drop-off was crazy. They said no pets in the vehicle, and I followed that rule. Nevertheless, when I went back to drop off the vehicle, the girl checking me in said she could see a few white hairs on the seat and in the back of the vehicle. They told me that if I didn’t remove the hairs, they would charge me a detailing fee. It seems like they were being extra picky, especially since the rental car was already disgusting when I picked it up, so they probably aren’t that worried about what it looked like when I returned it. Overall, I would avoid using this Enterprise at all costs — they’re definitely out for a quick money grab.
