The price quoted and charged at the location was much higher than when I called the local store number on the website for the Alexandria-Del Ray location that morning. Was very disappointing as it was much more expensive. I normally go to Jiffy Lube but wanted to give you a try. It was more expensive than Jiffy Lube or Wal-Mart and you don't even top off the fluids. Charged me $5 to top off my radiator? Not good. I don't think I will return. Staff was friendly but did not outweigh the misinformation and pricing.

Ricky was very professional along with his team member and very informative all throughout the entire process — he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. One thing I really appreciated is that they’ll recommend what actually needs to be changed, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The rest of the staff were just as great — friendly, efficient, and a fun group to be around while waiting. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. The service was very fast, professional, and done with great attention to detail. Feeling confident and satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends around this area — honest, reliable, and friendly auto service all the way!!
