- JMJules M4 days ago1.0I did an oil change on 3405 Mt Vernon Ave, Alexandria, VA 22305 in the end of November 2025, and a guy said my car battery has corrosion and offered to clean battery for extra $10, i said ok and a young kid sprayed cleaning spray on my battery too much and ended up messing more harm, another guy changed the filter in the cabin and looked like he broke my cabin. Because after i left that 15mins Valvoline oil change my battery died in 2 days and when opened the cabin it totally fell down. I had to replace with new battery and my cabin is still broken. I am so disappointed. I spent about $120 for full synthetic and ended up left with broken cabins door and battery got damaged and more expenses. Dont fall their 15 mins oil change service. They are scam!

The wait was not too bad, and when I got inside, service was very prompt, even though I was getting more done than just an oil change. Every employee was friendly, and I felt like I knew exactly what was going on at all times.
