I called five different places to price tire mount and balance. Everywhere was $25-30, including this place. So I brought it in one morning and took the bus to work and they called to say it's now $45 and since it'd be such a hassle picking it back up and taking it to another place, I agreed to it and, of course, they didn't honor the quoted price when we came to pick it up or when I filed a complaint with Fairfax County. Hope they really appreciate that extra $15 per tire. Classic bait-and-switch and why people don't trust mechanics. Do yourself a favor and go to any number of other area mechanics. Otherwise, be warned.
