Ms Montgomery is the worst person to put as your service adviser. They change the service price from $500's to $900's in minutes. SMH. I 100% agree with most of their reviews (1 star).

They have the audacity to charge over twice the cost of for the same service as other local honda dealerships and then on top of that they say it's over a 3 hour wait for an oil change despite having an appointment. What is your major malfunction? What kind of "business" are you running here?
