    ​I am still pinching myself! Me and my husband just bought our very first brand-new family car, a gorgeous Honda Pilot, and the experience at Sheehy Honda Alexandria was nothing short of amazing. We want to send a massive, heartfelt thank you to Ayeesha, Roxy, and Farid. This trio is incredible! They were so deeply accommodating, incredibly patient with us, and honestly did everything in their power to make sure we could drive away in our dream car. If you want a team that genuinely cares and will do their absolute best for you, look no further. We are the happiest buyers ever and highly recommend them to anyone!

    Don’t normally give reviews but Sheehy Honda deserves it. Can’t recall the name of the individual that helped me but he was informative & professional. They fixed my headlight and changed the oil within 2 hours but I was able to work from there facility as they not only have wifi but also a quiet area for remote workers while you wait on your vehicle. Will be back!

    We came in to check on a leak with our CR-V. I thought it could be a transmission leak but I wasn't sure. Upon a close inspection by your technician, it was determined to be a unrepairable transmission seal leak. Not the news I hoped to hear, but it was the first time in many months that an auto repair shop, Honda or otherwise, gave me an honest assessment. The video provided to me proved the leak. Why doesn't every Honda dealership do this? The estimated costs to replace this transmission gave me something to work with for budgeting. Thank you for being honest.

    The service advisor was pleasant for my oil change service, and they sent me videos of my car. But despite coming here for service for the last 10 years, I will not be back. Their prices have skyrocketed and they try to sell me on unneeded service. —Sheehy said I needed three fluids flushed (brake, transmission and power steering) for a total of about $1k. When I asked why they needed it, they said one had a dark color, and that the others needed it based on mileage. When I got quotes from other mechanics, they laughed at me for both requesting the work and the price the dealer quoted. I ended up having another mechanic do some of the work for half the price. The other mechanic even topped up the brake fluid for free because it was perfectly fine and didn’t need to be replaced. —Sheehy wanted $250 to replace the engine and cabin filters. Folks, these filters cost like $20 and take 5 min to replace. I did them myself (and I am not handy) and saved myself $200. What a rip off! —I had a coupon to use and the service advisor agreed they would apply it to my oil change service. After the work was done, they then said that the coupon VIN didn’t match my car (who checks that? Why are they sending me coupons for cars I don’t have?) and so they wouldn’t be able to honor the coupon. Gave me a discount but not for the full coupon amount. I won’t be back!

She was the ultimate middleman, constantly running back and forth between us and the manager throughout the process to make sure the deal worked for everyone. Her persistence saved us thousands and got us into a car we love. It was a pleasure working with someone like her so attentive to my needs. I also truly appreciated the support from Mr. Henry, and Kylie who made the financial process smooth and explained everything clearly, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Additionally, I am grateful to the manager Mr Chuck for overseeing the process and ensuring everything ran perfectly. Overall, the professionalism and teamwork displayed by your entire staff made this one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. It is rare to find a dealership that prioritizes customer satisfaction from start to finish, and I will certainly recommend your services to friends and family. Thank you once again for your excellent service.
