  I was looking for a 2025 Ridgeline and wanted a good price since 2026 models were out. Sheehy had the color and trim package I wanted AND offered it a good price (unlike other Northern Virginia dealerships that weren't discounting the 2025 models much at all). The salesman I dealt with was Jay Santos and he was outstanding. From coming in on his day off to accommodate my schedule, and all the way thru the buying process, he was transparent, professional, and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and how I planned to use the vehicle, and made solid recommendations on add-on options. When it comes time to do this again, I will look at Sheehy first.

  My car broke down 2 days ago so I came to Sheehy Honda ready to buy and it was also close to my house so convenient. Malik, the sales person was super nice and showed me everything i wanted to see and was very pleasant. The finance lady came over to talk and said she can only give me 500$ off on the price listed on the internet and thats the only offer and that's the final offer and she is not willing to negotiate lower than 500$ off. I know damn well that's not the case. So I had to walk out. Waste of time. 1 star is for the nice man Malik. Otherwise it would need to be a zero

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Honda dealership. I brought in my 2022 Honda Civic for a diagnostic because my multi-use front camera wasn’t working. After the inspection, they quoted me an outrageous $3,180 to replace the camera. The very next day, without them doing anything, my camera started working perfectly fine. All of the features that rely on that camera — Driver Lane Assist, Speed Limit Recognition, and Front Vehicle Detection — were fully functional again. This makes it clear the issue was either misdiagnosed or blown out of proportion.I feel like they tried to push an unnecessary repair on me, and that’s unacceptable, especially from a dealership that’s supposed to be trustworthy. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because this is disappointing.

  My experience with Sheehy Honda of Alexandria was nothing short of amazing. From the initial inquiry call to offering other available options and getting me financed and back on the road with a dependable daily driver. I went out on a whim purchasing a vehicle that I have never seen and living two hours away trusting that my sales agent Nicholas was leading me in the right direction! I purchased a used Toyota Avalon with less than 60,000 miles from Nicholas (thank you Nick for informing me about this gem) and took the vehicle to the dealership to inspect and they were highly impressed with the upkeep and condition of the vehicle. I just want to express my appreciation to the finance manager George Khalil for making the deal happen and Elmer for closing the deal. Thank you again Nick for suggesting this particular vehicle for my family! We are forever grateful, thank you all again for such a great experience!

  Sales- PERFECT but that’s expected when they’re trying to sell cars & make money. Do NOT buy the extra warranty -Rim, tire, windshield, car ding, lost key & charged separately for each Easy Care Warranty Program. They’re a complete rip off. First of all they don’t tell you that they cannot be used at any Honda. It must be a Sheehy dealer. Easy Care , nor Sheehy Honda, have enough vendors to make the claims/repair process smooth and without stress . For example, the rim person for Sheehy Honda Alexandria VA is contracted and only comes to the dealership on Mondays. What time he’ll be there? Around 10 AM.How long will he be there ? SHEEHY -THE PAYER can’t tell you. They will say- He’s only at the dealership on Mondays & it depends on the amount of work we have for him. How can a customer make a convenient appt or even know how long the repair will take-Insanity! Let’s take it even further. If you’re not satisfied with his work, you have to wait until the following Monday.I had to visit the dealership three weeks in a row on Mondays for ONE RIM. The third time they placed me in a rental & kept my car for almost a week-FOR ONE RIM! SERVICE DEPT- The current staff are polite. The past Sheehy Honda service staff they got rid of were so rude and knew nothing about servicing a car! The SALES MANAGER- No way she was hired for her knowledge. I don’t care what’s wrong with the car, how nice the staff are, your appts will be a total DEBACLE. The very first appt with them was an oil change and tire rotation covered under the Easy Care warranty (free of charge) at Sheehy dealers. The tech messed something up while rotating the tires. Now besides the fact that when they took my car back there was no noise , & they’re supposed to do a full inspection with recommendations. When I checked in there was no worry as my car was perfectly SILENT (hybrid). They drove the car back for service, completed service without recommendations, and drove the car back to me, meaning, they had to hear what I heard when they drove the car and returned it to me. I gave it back, & they had all kinds of excuses that I shot down each time. Pure nonsense & clearly showed their lack of knowledge with cars. The SERVICE MANAGER explanation was, “Sometimes it happens when you rotate the wheels from one side to the next”. When asked how come I didn’t hear the noise while driving to dealership, she said , “You usually don’t hear it until the tire rotation. Also based on when you purchased the car and there’s only 7.000 miles, you may not have heard it since you don’t drive it much”. I waited for her to say “SIKE JUST KIDDING”, so I stood there for a minute with no facial expression. When I realized she was serious, I actually laughed in her face for attempting to play with my intelligence & asked for the General Manager. The tires are connected to axles. An axle, is an axle, is an axle. Moving tires from the front to back or vice versa (not from one side to the next ) & using the same axles will not cause the noise all of a sudden. Long story short, they damaged some kinda “rack” & they had the car for a few days. They had a nerve to go through manufacturer warranty for a part they damaged . That should’ve came out their pockets. When I returned to pick up, the noise was not as bad but it was still there. I gave the car back. I wanted my car back the way I gave it to them. They kept it for another couple of days & were Ubering me everywhere I needed to go. LOL -It would’ve been cheaper to make sure Techs know what they’re doing. It was the simplest service-oil change & tire rotation. I only had 7,000 miles on the car- practically new. If the noise was there when I dropped it off (WAS NOT)they should’ve said something & recommended a service to fix it. I’m very anal about getting my car service as I’m sensitive to noise & dash lights make me anxious. The service on the car & explanations of the sudden noise after service was BS.The next issue was the rim debacle above. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ,REGRET BUYING A HONDA, & plan to trade it in in the next month.
