⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience – Best Car Purchase of My Life
After 40 years and 47 vehicle purchases, I can confidently say that buying my 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring AWD from Sheehy Honda of Alexandria was the finest car-buying experience I’ve ever had.
I spent 30 years as an investigator and inspector with OSHA and the EPA, conducting hundreds of inspections. That background has given me extremely high standards for honesty, quality, ethics, and customer service—and Sheehy Honda exceeded all of them.
I visited more than 15 dealerships across multiple brands before coming here. From the moment I walked in, the difference was clear: genuine respect, professionalism, transparency, and zero pressure. The entire process felt customer-focused, not sales-driven.
General Manager Kevin Reinhardt set the tone with deep product knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and sincere concern for my best interests. His leadership is clearly reflected in the culture of the dealership.
Special recognition goes to:
Ayesha Spivey (Sales) – exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and patient; delivered the vehicle in immaculate condition.
Chuck Vanderwall (Sales Manager) – clear, honest explanations and customer-focused recommendations.
Farid Qaderi (Business Manager) – efficient, calm, and transparent, even under tight time constraints.
Rachel Higgins (Service Manager) – promptly and professionally resolved a tire issue just days after purchase.
Sheehy Honda stands out for its honesty, no-pressure environment, meticulous vehicle preparation, and excellent post-sale support. Leadership from Managing Partner Sina Mohabat has clearly built a dealership rooted in ethics, integrity, and customer trust.
After decades of disappointing dealership experiences, I’ve finally found one I trust completely. Sheehy Honda of Alexandria has earned my highest recommendation without reservation.

Literally spent weeks trying to purchase a ram Dodge truck. The salesman kept giving us false information. Finally, we came to a purchase agreement over the phone with one of the managers.. Got a text the next day from said manager asking for confirmation? replied we’ll be there at five as promised My husband rushed home from work as we were leaving the house. We got a phone call that they sold the truck right out from underneath us!! of course I complained, was promised reimbursement of babysitter, Uber for work, & help us find another truck
Surprise!! Not one thing promised was delivered.. This dealership wasted 2 weeks of our time due to salesmanship.
Conclusion: found the same truck a week later, purchased it same day

Alex was by far amazing. He was patient, kind, polite and very straightforward throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. He truly took the time to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my decision. He made us feel heard and valued.
His manager, Kevin, was also incredible and worked hard to get me an amazing deal. I walked out happy, with great perks and an amazing car!
Farid in finance was just as wonderful. He made sure everything was taken care of, explained things clearly, and helped us secure some really good perks at a very reasonable price.
Overall, I am more than happy with both my purchase and my entire experience. I will absolutely be recommending Alex and Kevin — and the whole Sheehy Honda team — to anyone looking for a car! I am very very happy with my purchase.

i usually don’t go out of my way to review negatively places as life is too short to bother but this place needs some new management. First, to keep this simple… DON’T USE IT, EVER.
total pirates. now, onto details. I took a Honda Odyssey that had a dead battery, a small leak (not oil) a stuck moonroof and the check fuel cap alert. the leak at first was supposedly fix. battery was replaced, and the leaked was diagnosed and identified. The moonroof they said it needed the new motor - not in stock - and it was priced at about 4k without including labor. about the check fuel alert, it was attributed to the battery failure. they said all was ok with it. it was a lot of back and forth and the typical dealer stuff about selling your services and bullshit diagnoses.
each of them at around 300 bucks. Dealing with a guy named Entso, just … Enzo italian name adaptation of some sort. Grumpy, rude typical dude that hates his job… I pushed to get more answers about the fixes and even sent them a youtube video about how to manually close the moonroof and nothing was done. i approved the leak and the battery for around 2k. on my way to pick up the car, i got a text saying that they moved the car and realized about another leak and i declined the service to address that. when the car was home , same leak was present as i can observe in the driveway. I called the manager -female team specialist- and i told her I would take the car in person and talk to her just thinking i will get some sort of grace and guaranteed work here . Same culture than “Entso” , condescending, rude and not engaged in customer service. I ended up leaving the car as they said they would honor the warranty and all of that. Car was left there and of course i got another issue, another leak and with the diagnosis fees and all that stuff, almost another 2k. they said the first leak was an axle one, which i had documented on the text messages they send you. but it was assured the leak was fixed . so, they fixed something fake, to then finally fix what i took the mini van in for , a gasket transmission that they claimed it was the wrong plug holding the oil in the gasket. now you explain how a customer ends up paying close to 4k, two fixed, issues never addressed or fixed and awful staff? the problem of not knowing much about cars and the endemic problem of dealerships ripping off people.
