I have been using this NTB/Mavis location for several years without issue however recently had an experience I decided I should share with others. During the past month have had all four tires replaced, a front end/suspension check, and cabin filter replacement. The front end/suspension check resulted in having all struts, mounts, and shocks replaced. Dylan was kind enough to use an aftermarket rear shock that was rated as better than the OEM. The struts and suspension service fixed the issue of hearing grinding when riding over rough surfaces however multiple other problems appeared after having all this done. After picking up the vehicle a new creaking noise could be heard when using the gas pedal that did not exist before. Returned the vehicle to have the noise checked and was told they could not hear any noise and maybe I should have the vehicle checked by someone else. While driving was pulled over due to light being out over license plate. Discovered the safety inspection paperwork was missing from the glove compartment that showed I had new lights installed a few months ago and therefore received a citation for improper display and no proof the lights ever worked as required. The windshield washer nozzle no longer worked despite being full and working prior to leaving the vehicle at NTB. Finally, a crack over the safety inspection sticker on the windshield suddenly appeared after picking up the vehicle. Asked the shop about the missing safety inspection paper and was told they didn't know what happened to it. So I cannot prove this shop took the safety inspection paper from the glove compartment box while changing the cabin filter, took out the lights above the license plate, cracked the window over the safety inspection sticker or blocked the window washer nozzles however this is the only logical place where all this could have happened since they are the only shop that had my vehicle overnight. I should add this shop is starting to over charge for things like $150 for a cabin filter replacement which is an easy 5 minute job were in the past have had done for free since I usually have this done with other services. Finally have had the vehicle inspected by the dealership and they found nothing wrong with the vehicle that would cause the creaking noise other than the installation of the struts/suspension needs to be checked.

During my recent visit to NTB, I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, Mike. From the start, his demeanor felt dismissive and abrasive. When I checked in, he repeated my name back in a confused tone, and when I asked about it, he brushed it off. I dropped my car off at 1 p.m. for new tires and an alignment, and he told me it would take a couple of hours. Around 3:15, he called to upsell brakes and rotors, and when I asked for more details, he responded with, “It’s not like you’re going to drive off and kill yourself,” which I found extremely unprofessional. Later, when I called for an update, he told me to come in 20 minutes, but when I arrived he had already left, and another employee told me the car would actually take at least another hour. Fortunately, that employee was polite, helpful, and offered a discount, but overall Mike’s attitude, communication, and lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I will only now return because my left rear tire is showing low pressure although it’s brand new and I was JUST at the store! I should also add that Mike kept reiterating that they close at 5pm & all work must be completed by then - well I arrived close to 5 & the workers were still going with more cars to finish up. Mike bounced before I arrived at 4:40pm. Unbelievable and I won’t return other than to have my tire looked at. I did not look at these reviews though after reading several, they need an overhaul. Working in customer service is difficult but, it’s much easier when you’re pleasant.

Staff/technicians were all knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Stopped by to get my tires replaced and fit me in. Will definitely go again if in need and in the area. Would recommend calling and setting up an appointment ahead of time.
