  Just had an alignment done on my Lexus at NTB and JR took amazing care of me. Super friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and made sure the car drove perfectly before handing it back. The difference in handling is night and day. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend asking for JR!

  I always bring my car to this spot for everything it needs because the service is honestly always amazing. The team here is always super responsive every time I have a request and answer my questios with details and recommendations. Antonio and his team are phenomenal to work with and I can't recommend them enough!

  I have a pick up truck for the first time. It needed pads and rotors and I had questions concerning price and sizes. The technicians (Junior and Antonio) were knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered my questions honestly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  The best experience all the way around ! I was cranky when I called them because I had played so many games with other tire stores trying to change the price from what was advertised, or saying the advertised tire was not in stock to try to get me to spe d more money. Antonio is not like that at all. They got me in on a Saturday afternoon, sold me the tire and installed it, and got me out quickly. Their staff is great, and the customer service is top-notch ! THIS is where you want to buy your tires, ladies and gentlemen ! Glad you guys enjoyed the donuts !

  Updated Review: NTB resolved the issue to satisfaction. Mirror replaced and they were accommodating to find a time for me to drop off. They had it done in an hour. The manager ensured that he discussed the issues with the employee and team. Leaving a star off for the issues/time to resolve, but will give NTB another shot in the future and if a great experience. Appreciate Junior and the manager for their assistance and for NTB taking ownership to resolve. ------------ Original Review: Just had oil change done. Went to get car and side view mirror was tucked in which was odd. Noticed the vehicle has a scratch and the housing for side view mirror is half gone. Walked back inside. Attendant and manager walked to the back and came back out and apologized and said when guy was taking off tire a bar hit it and he didn’t informed manager and I wasn’t informed. If I would have not provided this update and driven away I feel certain I would have not been made aware. Sales associate Junior took my information and stated they would fix for me. Prior to me noticing this, I was having a pleasant experience with Junior as the front desk attendant. He told me it would be a few days before they could get the part and the manager said they would also take care of the scratch. I was planning to have new tires and alignment done as well, but we will see how this plays out. I am frustrated that I’m going to have to take additional time out of work and hopefully the store makes this right. Depending on how NTB resolves, I will revise my review accordingly.
