  Customer service is always top tier. Val is my favorite and he always provides detail information about the overall condition of vehicle and any items need attention. He is very knowledgeable and value his recommendations during time of service. Val is an asset to NTB.

  Had a nail in our tire, when I arrived Jose was very friendly and was able to get me in right away. They were able to repair the tire and the entire process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend and we will return for any future issues.

  Had a really great customer experience today at NTB with Val and was very impressed that he took the time to examine my vehicle in the lot without an appointment and walked me through tire pricing options and recommendations without being high pressure. He was very friendly and kind and I will be back to spend my money on new tires!

  One nice guy working with a bunch of insecure gentlemen. Had my tires replaced two months ago, and two days after I left I got a notice that one of my tires had a leak. I politely asked one said insecure gentleman if there was any warranty on installation as why would a newly installed tire be leaking and he promptly said it was likely due to any service I had denied (replacing valve stems - had them replaced last time, road tire hazard insurance etc) and there was absolutely no way it could have been an installation issue. I asked how much it would be for them to check my tire and he scoffed as I inquired about the tire warranty. He then told me “since I just got the basic installed” (*cough* $600 full tire replacement), I should not expect my tires to be good 🙃 Save your money, don’t let them up charge you and for the love of god, go ANYWHERE else.

  I want to caution people not to do business with the Alexandria, Virginia location. I had an absolutely horrible experience here on Tuesday, 2/3/2026. I’m traveling through the area and needed an oil change on my car before continuing my drive North. I booked an appointment online and brought the car in for this routine service, the service writer offered to rotate the tires as well during the service. I could not be more disappointed. The very young “technician” assigned to perform this routine service was in over his head and there were no competent technicians to provide him the guidance he clearly needed. I watched from the waiting area as he fumbled with his tools stripping the oil drain plug. When eventually the service writer came to talk with me he of course blamed the prior technician for the damage. I have owned this car since new and it had never previously been worked on by anyone other than my trusted mechanic. With nothing more than a stripped oil drain plug, I decided to cut my losses and have them put the tires back on my car so I could take it to the local dealer to complete the oil change and replace the oil drain plug. The simple task of reinstalling the wheels did not go without problems. After ten minutes of aggressive air wrenching use, the service writer brought me a lug nut and explained that the previous mechanic stripped the wheel lug??? I ended up escaping this terrible situation and headed to the local dealer where the oil was changed and the lug and lug nut were replaced without event. I will never make this mistake again. I learned a valuable lesson.
