- NMNicolas MayNov 14, 20251.0COINCIDENCE? I think NOT. Took my car in for an oil change. Got a call about "black fluid in my break line", "A found leak in the lines" and "have you noticed your steering wheel being hard to turn?" They would need to do something special to it, I said no, it was fine. What a surprise that it would then be incredibly hard to turn. So I got a second opinion. Steering wheel container had no top and was empty (never happens by itself), the leak in the line was not there before, so they likely punctured it. Why? probably to have me go back and pay them to repair what i can only assume was intentionally damaged. My car is on the older side, something that would fall under plausible deniability for why something older was now randomly broken. I literally only went for an oil change and walked away with more damage to my car. You'll never see me there again.

When I tried to speak with the manager they were “unavailable” and every time I called back I got no response. This is not professional and I have tried to resolve this numerous times (both in person and over the phone) and currently my issue is still unresolved. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend.

They informed me that they were unable to do an alignment because the machine was down. I was then sent another 20 minutes away to a different location. I kept being put in hold and hung up on when I filed a complaint and all they offered was a coupon for a future visit. I will never use mr. Tire again. Poor customer service FOLLOW UP: Mr Tire clearly doesn't care because I did call as shared above and was left MORE DISAPPOINTED!!!
