She has an encounter with the service advisor Oscar she first talked to him on the phone, and he was very rude to her she was just asking about some tires she bought. Then she goes into the shop, and he was still rude with her not allowing her to talk and telling her that it wasn't his problem. So, as we were sitting down, he was ignoring us and on his phone. This man doesn't need to be at the front desk helping customers because he seems to have some kind of mental issues. So, then we proceed outside he tried to talk to me and ask me about my day and if he can have my number. My sister isn't returning to this store, and I will let everyone I know that this store is hiring anyone that doesn't have any skills in customer service. He shouldn't be working with people with that kind of attitude or trying to talk to customers to get their number.
