The floor was slippery and the manager who saw me slip made no attempt to wipe up the floor, another customer actually asked me if I was ok. The manager told me that the prices at this location were higher and I still do not understand why, as the service provided was less than I receive at my normal location. He seemed more focused on trying to upsell me than listening to what I said I wanted. What was the point of having me leave the car if you were not going to vacuum and clean the windows (which are advertised as part of the signature service oil change)? The conversations held by the manager and technicians in the service bay were clearly audible and their use of racial slurs and expletives certainly have no business be heard by customers in the waiting room. I would not recommend this location.
