What followed was a week of me trying to switch out the car, which not only took up an immense amount of my time but led to several encounters with rude, unhelpful staff across local and national levels. I was ultimately forced to file a complaint when one local manager yelled at me. And when I contacted National customer service I was told that there were simply NO cars available. As a resident of Metro Washington DC I highly doubt that is factual. I ended up switching companies and had a much better experience. Horrible company, from top to bottom.

After calling customer service and being told by a helpful representative that I could receive service here, I arrived only to be met with hostility from the front desk. The most concerning part was the staff member’s lack of integrity. While I was standing right in front of her, she called someone else and completely misrepresented our conversation, lying about what I was requesting and ignoring the information I provided from their own customer service line. It is one thing to be unhelpful, but it is another to be openly dishonest and unethical. A front desk person is the face of a business, and in this case, that person seems more interested in creating barriers and losing customers than actually doing their job. I highly recommend management look into the conduct of their front-facing staff, as this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this location if you expect honesty or professional communication
