  An okay experience. I didn’t get the type of vehicle I’d requested and I’m still waiting for my final receipt five days later.

  Will not be renting from this Enterprise again. I rented a car for three days and drove about 60 miles total, all within Virginia. More than a week later, I was charged nearly $50 for tolls across New Jersey, Maryland, DC, and Virginia — over 200 miles of toll roads I never used. When I returned to this location to resolve it, I was told there was nothing they could do. The charge also appeared on a Saturday, and the TollPass “customer service” number they gave me is closed on weekends, making it impossible to dispute right away. As a long-time E ZPass customer, I know toll posting dates don’t always match the date they were incurred. These tolls clearly belong to the renter before me. Enterprise needs a better system to match tolls to the correct customer instead of passing incorrect charges onto the next renter.

  This location rented me a messed up vehicle and I had to wait over 2 hours for a tow. Literally stalled out in the middle of my parking garage. The customer service was horrible, the first time I called the guy told me there nothing he could do and hung up on me. Will not be using enterprise again. Update: I reached out to the website the owner provided in their response and basically got a “thanks for letting us know” so, just more of my time wasted haha Update: Tiara the manager at this location did get back to me and made things right. Although it doesn’t completely make up for my time, it meant a lot that she called me back and offered what she could for compensation to improve the experience. Changed my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. Thank you Tiara!

  The Enterprise associates who helped me with my recent booking were personable and professional. They helped make my rental experience a breeze.

  Waited 45 minutes to be serviced, multiple people who arrived after me were serviced before me, and I was given a tiny compact Mitsubishi as my rental car while my car was in the shop being fixed after an accident. According to Virginia law, I was to be provided the same format of car as the one I own - a full-sized sedan. But given how long it took for Enterprise to even get me into a car at all, I was in no mood to come back to the location to next day to swap in the compact car for a full-sized sedan. Unprofessional service and unnecessary wait time. I will never choose Enterprise again.
