    I rented two cars from this location. The first was a CX-90, but unfortunately, the dashboard stopped working, and I had to return it. That was my only frustration during the rental process. The team quickly placed me in a Hyundai Palisade, which I drove for about three weeks — and I liked it so much that I ended up buying a 2026 Palisade! The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I’ll definitely rent from this location again.

    Very poor communication. I was never informed in advance about the rental return date that insurance had set, yet they charged me extra for it. From the beginning they assured me that I would be notified @ least 24 hours prior to the return of rental date has been set. When I tried to get my deposit back, they refused, saying someone had to pay if the insurance didn’t cover it. It feels like this location is just looking for ways to charge customers more. The new manager showed no concern for resolving the issue or helping in any way — just suggested I rent from Hertz next time. This branch has gone downhill compared to how it used to be. Customer service used to be reliable and helpful, but not anymore. Proceed with caution if you decide to rent here.
