Everyone is treated well. You are greeted kindly and they are always are professional while treating you like a person.
I've visited a few Enterprise locations before, but none felt quite like this one. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My first visit wasn't the best, but on my second visit, they really made it right. Jailen was especially kind and helpful. If you're looking to rent, I highly recommend reaching out to Jailen—you definitely won't regret it!
I rented a car from them twice, two times in a row—back to back for the same auto claim. Aren’t I a great customer? Read on to see how my loyalty is rewarded. They gave me two cars with weird gas tanks. One, compact, that measures itself as full but doesn’t show the tick mark accurately on the dashboard and another, luxury suv, that doesn’t show where the gas is at all. Both cars were returned in a condition where all they need to do is vacuum the drivers side carpet and put it through their car wash (optional) and it’s ready to go for the next customer. I was kind enough to give extra gas in the luxury suv even though I couldn’t see where it was at—I didn’t drive it much but I put $21 worth in the tank and it still would’ve taken more if I had let it so clearly the previous renter hadn’t filled it up. I simply forgot to fill up the compact car because my auto claim had now gone on 3 weeks, I was excited to see my car, and I am recovering from a head injury from the accident. I only drove the compact about 3-5 miles or so, just home (Alexandria), back to the body shop (Alexandria), and one errand in Springfield—less than 10 minutes from home. They literally charged me $5.04 for gas. Petty. Very petty and wrong to do to someone who has shown a consistency with how they treat your rentals well and give to your business. I wasn’t even going to write a review but I can talk about the terrible customer service here, even before they charged me a petty price. Go to another place that checks after ALL customers and not just certain customers and certain vehicles. Both times I waited for 45+ minutes for my rental (never complained about the wait or made a fuss about the type of vehicle like other customers) and I was not given a car comparable to my own either time—I drive a luxury mid-size sedan. So what does that tell you about the organization of this Enterprise location? I had a police officer tell me the tread on the tires was low on the luxury suv they gave me so their car has a whole equipment violation and they put me on the road with it but yet again, I didn’t complain. A whole week later they have to call past 7 at night bothering me for $5, charging a loyal customer who keeps their workload to a minimum, doesn’t complain about complaining worthy moments, and is basically donating to the business because I didn’t need a rental. Just petty pennies is what I call the charge and it’s one way to ensure you don’t do business with me again.

This morning, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at your Enterprise location. I had a confirmed reservation for 8:30 AM, but I did not receive a vehicle until 9:50 AM. Despite reserving the car the day before and receiving confirmation, I was told upon arrival that my car was not available because “the engine light was on.” Later, the same exact vehicle was brought to me from a different branch, which makes me seriously question the explanation I was given.
Even after waiting nearly an hour and a half, the replacement car I received had a broken driver’s seat. I was unable to properly adjust it, making it extremely difficult and unsafe to reach the gas and brake pedals. At that point, I had no choice but to take the vehicle as-is because I have a demanding job and absolutely had to be at work by 10:00 AM. This delay made me very late despite planning ahead.
In addition to the vehicle issues, the customer service I experienced was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I walked in, it felt like the staff were bothered by having to assist customers. The representative helping me repeatedly asked for my policy number, even though I answered her each time. She continued talking on her headset about personal matters while I was speaking to her, forcing me to repeat myself over and over again. This was extremely frustrating and inappropriate, and it showed a complete lack of professionalism.
Overall, this entire experience was unacceptable. I have rented from Enterprise before and had positive experiences, but what happened today was truly disappointing. Not only was my confirmed reservation not honored, but I was also given a car in unsafe condition and treated poorly throughout the process.
To make matters worse, I now have to return tomorrow for yet another appointment to exchange the vehicle, which means more wasted time and inconvenience.
This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Customers—whether paying directly or through insurance—deserve reliable service, safe vehicles, and respectful treatment. I expect appropriate follow-up regarding this matter.

Had a rental while my car was being repaired. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!
