    Do not recommend. Go to the location on Duke st instead. Manager, Janae Harris, picked me up from Mercedes down the street. Was on the phone using her apple earbud the entire time. She was complaining about how “Duke street is stealing all of her customers” to whoever she was on the phone with. I quickly learned why…once arriving to Enterprise she proceeded with beginning my transaction (while still on the phone). She explained the two car options that were available and asked if I wanted an upgrade and mentioned that if I did, I would have to cover the difference if it was above what my insurance would cover. While speaking with me, another client came in to return a vehicle. Another sales associate assisted him and during her inspection of the vehicle, she discovered a dent on the returned vehicle. That became the sole focus of all of the staff. Everyone needed to talk about it, look at it, etc, while I stood there, 6 months pregnant, with all of my bags just wanting to go about my business. Finally another gentleman came to finish my transaction in the computer. And eventually Janae (still talking in her earbud) took me outside to do an inspection on my loaner vehicle. I signed everything and left. When it was time to return the vehicle the gentleman says to me “are you aware that there’s a balance?” I replied no! He says “there’s a $50 balance on your account”. I said why!? He responds with “no one explained to you that there may be a balance?” “I repeated no and asked to speak to Janae. She comes out and looks at the computer and says “oh your insurance doesn’t cover the taxes so that’s why there’s a balance.” I informed her that she didn’t explain that to me and she responded with “well I tell that to all of the clients” and so I said “well you didn’t say that to me, you were busy on your phone and then with the returned car that had a dent”. Bottom line she kept repeating that she tells all clients that and I responded with that you didn’t tell me. I asked why didn’t anyone call or email me about billing concerns. She says “oh well we tried to call” I asked what number did she call. When she read the number aloud of course it was wrong, and she tried to blame it on my insurance company saying that they gave the wrong number. I know that is false because she asked for my number she just copied it down wrong (because she was on the phone)! Then she proceeded to say that “they don’t email”… I paid the amount so that I could get on the road, but was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service experienced when picking up and returning the vehicle, especially when the one assisting me boasted that she was the manager. The parking lot at this location is tight, poor selection of vehicles and poor customer service. Avoid!

    Dear Enterprise Management, I am writing to express my profound gratitude and commend the outstanding service I received from your Enterprise branch on Edsall Road in Alexandria, VA. On January 26, 2026, during a particularly severe snowstorm, I was in need of a rental vehicle facilitated through my car insurance. Initially, my reservation was with another agency, which unfortunately was closed due to the adverse weather conditions. I am incredibly fortunate that my insurance provider was able to re-route my reservation to your Enterprise location. This change proved to be a significant relief. From the moment I stepped through your doors, I was met with exceptional professionalism and a commitment to customer care. Janae provided an incredibly welcoming and efficient start to my experience, immediately setting a positive tone. I was particularly impressed by the visible dedication of your staff, who were actively working to clear a vehicle from the snow to ensure it was ready for my rental — a testament to their unwavering commitment even in challenging conditions. Sean and Laura also demonstrated exemplary customer service, attending to my needs with remarkable efficiency and a truly pleasant demeanor. Their collective efforts transformed what could have been a very stressful situation into a remarkably smooth and positive experience.
