Was told car had a full tank of gas surprise it didn’t and there was still trash in the car from previous renters. Also felt like they needed way more info to rent the car then their competitors, the last Hertz car I rented I hoped in the car they scanned it as I drove off and emailed me the invoice! So there is to much of a hassle to deal with the BS especially when you aren’t even giving us what we pay for!

I had a reservation at 730, arrived at 800, checked in and everything, they said they needed to verify my international license with their risk manager. They took almost an hour to finish this. Again, the lady is nice but the process it crazy.
