- MBMarcus BrazellJan 24, 20265.0With a big snowstorm coming, I stopped at AutoZone hoping to find a windshield cover for my vehicle. When I asked if they had any in stock, 2 other employees said, “no, we’re sold out”. However, Derrick R stopped stocking shelves and asked me for the part number so he could look it up in their system. The system showed 1 in stock, so Derrick set out to find it. He literally searched all over the store for about 15 minutes trying to find that cover! After not finding it, he went back to the computer to see if another local Autozone might have one. Nope! He then started searching again, but this time around the store front…and lo and behold, there it is sitting on the counter behind the cash registers. He happily rang up my purchase and I left a happy customer! This review is simply to say excellent customer service is rare these days, but as proven to me today, it still exists! Thank you Derrick R. for going the extra mile to make sure I got what I came in the store for! 5 Stars Sir!!
