After purchasing and opening the light, I realized it did not fit my car. When I returned to the store, I was told I could not return or exchange it because the package had been opened — even though I relied on the employee’s guidance when making the purchase. She was curt, dismissive, and unhelpful, and seemed distracted while talking to another employee throughout the 3 times I went back-and-forth into the store. I understand stores have return policies, but it is disappointing that fundamental steps were not taken from the start to ensure I was sold the correct part. I would recommend going elsewhere.
