    Reserved a car- was on the way to pick it up and they called to say “don’t bother, we have no cars”. When I attempted to call and find out why my reservation would not be honored, they say a supervisor will call me. Still waiting hours later. Now I have to drive 4 hrs out of my way. Can’t wait to tell my Enterprise rep when he wants to lease me more vehicles.

    Car was ready on time. Customer service was great on both pick up and drop off. Directions for drop off at Indianapolis airport were very clear. It actually included the exact directions to get there all the way to where I should park in the car.
